Summary
19XX: The War Against Destiny is a vertical scrolling arcade shooter developed by Capcom in 1995 and copyrighted in 1996. It serves as the fourth installment in Capcom's series of World War II-themed vertical shooters. The plot is set prior to a fictional conflict (hence the 19XX title), where a lone pilot must stop a powerful army or evil organization from igniting another global war, which threatens to spiral into a nuclear catastrophe.
