Adventures of Mana is a remastered edition of *Final Fantasy Adventure*, titled *Mystic Quest* in Europe, marking the beginning of the Mana series. This updated version features improved graphics, redesigned menus, and a reworked soundtrack by the game’s original composer. The music from the original Game Boy release will be accessible across all platforms.

Storyline

Perched at the summit of Mt. Illusia, beyond the reach of the highest clouds, the Tree of Mana stands in solemn majesty. Nourished by the infinite energy of the celestial aether, it endures in quiet vigilance. Ancient tales speak of the boundless power that flows through its bark—power that, if claimed, grants eternal might. Now, the Dark Lord of Glaive covets this force to further his ruthless campaign of conquest. Among the many gladiators forced into servitude by the Duchy of Glaive is our unassuming hero. Each day, he and his fellow prisoners are hauled from their cells to battle strange and deadly creatures for the Dark Lord’s twisted entertainment. Should they survive, they are returned to their cells with meager rations to sustain them until their next ordeal. But the human body has limits, and soon, one by one, the exhausted captives fall to their inevitable end.
