Aero Elite: Combat Academy is the fourth installment in the AeroWing series and is regarded as a genuine flight simulation experience, with aircraft behaving just like their real-life equivalents. The game includes 60 authentic planes to fly, such as the Harrier, A-10 Warthog, Mirage 2000, and the notorious Mig 29, plus a selection of helicopters. Players can choose from 12 distinct mission zones and will encounter the new "Scramble Mode," where they must intercept a random intruder, identify it, and either land or engage as directed. The game offers a variety of missions, from intercepting enemy squadrons to perfecting high-flying stunt maneuvers.
