Summary

Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction is a real-time strategy game that pits three distinct species against each other in a brutal struggle for dominance on the planet LV-742. Players can lead a squad of elite Colonial Marines, hunt from the shadows as a Predator, or swarm the battlefield as a pack of acid-dripping Aliens. The game takes players through a variety of missions set in diverse environments, including dense jungles, underground caverns, advanced battle zones, and orbital colonies. Each faction provides ten unique combat units that can be enhanced over time with specialized upgrades and gear. Predators gain additional vision modes, Aliens use facehuggers to spread their kind, and Colonial Marines unlock new weapon modifications. Much like in games such as StarCraft, units range from basic foot soldiers to elite special forces and large-scale transport vehicles.
