Summary

Ape Escape 2 is the follow-up to Ape Escape. In this platform game, your mission is to capture all the apes as they jump, walk, and fly through the game's varied levels. A wide range of tools is available to help you along the way, with the catching net being the most essential. Other tools include an RC Car, for driving over monkeys and gathering items, an Ape Radar, to locate the closest monkey, a baseball bat, for knocking monkeys out, and a magnet, for moving specific objects within the levels. Your objective is to capture every monkey in each level and stop the villainous Specter from taking over the world. Each monkey in the game has its own unique traits, abilities, and name. Some remain still in one spot, while others attack with projectiles or dart away quickly.
