James Bond: Live And Let Die is a racing video game inspired by the 1973 James Bond film of the same name, in which James Bond pilots a modified speedboat through various stages. The game was published by Domark in 1988 for the Amiga, Atari ST, Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64, MS-DOS, and ZX Spectrum. Elite Systems International Ltd started developing the game with no knowledge that it would eventually be linked to the James Bond franchise. Once Domark recognized the connection to the film's famous speedboat sequence, the game was quickly rebranded with the classic 007 elements and renamed Live And Let Die. The original version, titled Aquablast, was also released separately without any Bond-related branding.
The game is loosely inspired by the events of the film. Fast-paced boat chases, helicopters, and airplanes—everything you'd want in a video game! You're the only one who can save the planet from contamination. Navigate the intricate network of waterways to reach enemy strongholds. Gather fuel and supplies along the way, but be alert to the enemy's efforts to stop you. Live and Let Die is an exciting water-based adventure that demands both skill and creativity to complete.
