Summary

This is a 2D action platformer that emphasizes fast-paced combat and spellcasting. The game features six main levels, each with two sub-levels, totaling 12 levels overall. Following each level is a cut-scene that advances the story. There are three weapons available: an axe, a spear, and a large sword. The axe is the starting weapon the hero wields at the beginning of the game. Players can enhance the axe using a power-up shaped like a small axe. The spear represents the next stage in the weapon progression, while the large sword is the final and most advanced form. The large sword is the most powerful close-combat weapon in the game. Players can use three magical spells, each limited by a magic gauge. The first is "Bind," which halts time entirely, freezing all enemies in place. The second is "Blast," which launches fireballs that eliminate all visible enemies on the screen. The third is "Bolt," which takes the form of a lightning strike and functions similarly to "Blast."

Storyline

A 16-year-old boy is abruptly thrust into an alternate reality while on his way to school. He finds himself in the kingdom of Remlia, where he meets a fairy named Cutie. She informs him that Princess Rosebud has been captured by the sinister wizard Blackhorn and pleads for his assistance. He accepts, and together they embark on a journey to the castle where the princess is being kept.
