Summary

Battle Athletess Daiundokai GTO (also referred to as Battle Athletess Daiundokai Grand Trial Onnonoko) is the second title inspired by the anime series. In this installment, players will take part in a fully 3D action-packed obstacle race, facing off against various opponents in diverse locations.

Storyline

Battle Athletess is a six-episode OVA set in a distant future where, following years of conflict with an alien species, a competition of physical prowess is arranged, with one representative from each race facing off. Despite the aliens' overwhelming superiority, the human champion emerges victorious, ushering in a new age of peace for humankind. A University Satellite is established, where the most gifted athletes of the era train, with women vying for the prestigious title of Cosmic Beauty. Akari Kanzaki, the daughter of a former Cosmic Beauty, arrives at the University Satellite full of enthusiasm and ready to prove herself. After witnessing the reigning Cosmic Beauty, Lahrri, outpace her like never before under increased artificial gravity, Akari understands just how much she must improve. Supporting her are her teammates and roommates: Kris Christopher, a priestess-in-training from the Moon, and Anna Respighi, a quiet girl harboring a secret so deep even she doesn't realize it. Kris quickly stands out as a top athlete, competing at a level close to Lahrri, which draws the ire of another elite competitor, Mylandah, as the team gears up for the final contest.
