Summary

The Nintendo console version introduces Nintendo-themed outfits and touch-based controls. Play as the sassy and stylish witch Bayonetta, causing chaos wherever she goes. Bayonetta is a fierce and powerful witch who fights, flails, slashes, and incinerates angels while uncovering the secrets of her mysterious past. Her arsenal and abilities are outrageously flashy, but she can also evade attacks to manipulate time and unleash devastating Torture Attacks on foes. This game serves as a prequel to *Bayonetta 2*, delivering the same level of sass, destruction, and grandeur fans love. Bayonetta is the alluring and cunning daughter of an Umbra Witch and a Lumen Sage, who awoke from a 500-year slumber at the bottom of a lake with no memory of her origins. Call forth Infernal Demons using Wicked Weaves, evade enemy strikes to slow time, and take down angels with deadly gadgets. You can also dress Bayonetta in four special Nintendo-themed outfits—Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, Link, and Samus Aran.
