Summary

A repressive regime dictates every facet of personal and communal life. The laws are harsh. Monitoring is everywhere. Secrets no longer exist. You take on the role of a government-appointed manager of an apartment complex. The regime demands that you monitor your tenants and report any unlawful or rebellious behavior. Yet, you also have the option to withhold the information or exploit it for personal gain through blackmail, leading to a wide range of decisions and outcomes.
