Summary
Bible Buffet is an unauthorized game developed by Wisdom Tree for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It supports single-player or multiplayer modes. The main objective is to prevent the oil drums and silverware from attacking the player. Much like Candy Land, the game involves spinning a spinner to determine how many spaces the player moves. A regular space is the standard tile, a red space allows another spin, and a red circle linked to another red circle prompts the player to move forward or backward one space. If the space features a red circle with a question mark, the player can take a pop quiz consisting of three trivia questions. If successful, they can choose a key, a heart, or advance one to four spaces, along with earning a star as a reward. Landing on a happy face results in a beneficial event, such as moving ahead ten spaces or collecting a key or heart. Landing on a sad face leads to a negative outcome, such as losing a turn or moving back a space. At the end, the player who reaches the finish first and/or accumulates the most pop quiz stars, in addition to collecting the most food, is awarded a bonus. Afterward, each player’s total score is displayed.
