Summary
BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2 is the immediate follow-up to the original F-Zero game, which was released on the Super Famicom through the Satellaview service. Two versions of the game were made available: one without SoundLink and one with SoundLink support. The original non-SoundLink edition was launched under the title BS F-Zero 2 Practice (BS F-ZERO 2 プラクティス) on June 1, 1997, although it retained the same title screen as the main game. This version included the four tracks introduced in BS F-Zero Grand Prix—the Satellaview remake of the original F-Zero—plus a brand-new course named Mute City IV.
