Summary
Fujishiro Mao is a second-year high school student with a passion for sweets and a dream of becoming a Patisserie Chef. One day, she learns from her childhood friends, the Sakuma twins, that their older brother Itsuki—her first love—is coming back to Japan from France. Now a trained Patisserie Chef, Itsuki plans to open a cafe. However, Mao is devastated to discover that Itsuki has a girlfriend from his time in France. Heartbroken, Mao decides to discard the sweet tasting notes she had carefully kept for Itsuki, but her classmate Keita stops her and takes the notes instead. Keita comforts Mao, urging her to keep pursuing her dreams and even suggests she give the notes to Itsuki, which she does that very night. The next morning, Mao runs into Itsuki's friend Kyouhei, who sees her notes and recommends she start working at Cafe Cuillere, possibly bringing a few classmates to help with the staff shortage. Though uneasy, Mao asks Keita to join her for the part-time job. To her surprise, the Sakuma twins and Ryousuke will be working there too!
Storyline
