Nick hails from Mameruca, known as "The Land of the Free." His superhero alter ego, Captain Rainbow, is a yo-yo-wielding hero who once starred in his own television series. However, the show has since lost its appeal as another superhero has captured the public's attention. Determined to reclaim his former fame, Nick sets out on a journey to Mimin Island, a legendary place where wishes are said to come true. One dark night, Nick makes the trip to the island using a raft. During the voyage, he spots a bunny-like creature struggling in the water. Without hesitation, Nick transforms into Captain Rainbow and leaps into the sea to rescue it. Unfortunately, the attempt goes wrong and he ends up sinking. In the process, he loses his transformation belt, the key to becoming Captain Rainbow, and reverts back to his normal self. When Nick wakes up, he finds himself washed ashore on Mimin Island. After a brief moment of confusion, he realizes his belt is missing. He soon sees the belt being taken by the same bunny-like creatures who had it. Knowing how important the item is, Nick begins exploring the island to retrieve it. It doesn’t take long for him to recover it. On Mimin Island, Nick encounters various Nintendo characters who have also arrived in pursuit of their own dreams and wishes. Through their interactions, he discovers that none of their wishes have actually been fulfilled yet. Only a chosen hero—Captain Rainbow, in this case—can grant these wishes. Nick decides to help the island's inhabitants. Along the way, he receives assistance from the local bunny-like creatures known as Mimin, the main inhabitants of the island. This game was only released in Japan.
