Summary
Catz 3 is a virtual pet game where players nurture a kitten through to adulthood. The game allows players to own as many pets as they like, with the ability to interact with up to three at once. There are ten distinct cat breeds to choose from, with additional breeds available for download from online sources. Male and female catz can mate to produce unique kittens that inherit traits from both parents. Many players operate their own online breeders, offering the chance to trade and download special kittens from other users. The game features several play environments, such as a beach, backyard, kitchen, and living room. Players can also provide their catz with a variety of toyz and outfits for dressing up their pets. Some catz can be trained to perform tricks, and their behavior is influenced by how they're treated and the amount of attention they receive. If mistreated, they may even run away from home. Catz 3 works seamlessly with its companion game Dogz 3, enabling players to interact with both their dogz and catz together. No cross-breeding between species, though! Additional features include family tree records, a basic webpage builder for showcasing your pets, and the ability to create an "adoption kit" so friends can try the game as well.
