Summary
In the year 199X, the Earth Defense Sky Force patrols the skies above the planet. They monitor the Earth around the clock to ensure global peace. When conflicts arise, they deploy agents to assist. SF-W6 and SF-W3 are two of these agents. After completing a mission, they are elevated to J-Project status. Onboard the ship, The Chief informs them that exposure to Birdronic waves will transform them into Choujin Sentai. Right after Tendou Ryu is transformed into a Jetman, the enemy Vyram launch an assault. Radiguet, the Vyram leader, declares that they have already taken over other dimensions and now aim to conquer the third. During the battle, Ryu is forced to watch as his girlfriend Rie is lost through a breach in the ship. The Birdronic wave machine is destroyed, and the remaining four waves are scattered to Earth at random. Following the attack, Ryu and The Chief set out to search the planet for the rest of their team.
