Clever & Smart: A Movie Adventure

Summary

This is a standard Point & Click adventure in which you collect items to solve the game’s puzzles and interact with a variety of characters (some familiar to fans of the comic). Since Mortadelo and Filemón operate as a duo, you can freely switch between the two characters, each with their own unique skills. For instance, Mortadelo can disguise himself to draw attention while Filemón sneaks in to snatch an object. A groundbreaking feature, never before seen in an adventure game, is the inclusion of a multiplayer mode, allowing one player to control Mortadelo and the other to take the reins of Filemón.

Storyline

Dr. Bacterio puts his new invention to the test, a device capable of pulling any object from a movie into reality. Instead of retrieving the legendary mummy's treasure, he brings forth the mummy Impoteh himself. Frustrated and with world domination on his mind—starting with the basement of the T.I.A. headquarters—Mortadelo and Filemón must stop him. To do this, they enter Dr. Bacterio’s machine in search of the Book of the Dead. However, things don’t go as planned, and they end up in the wrong movie. Now they must travel through various other films, encountering iconic stars such as Charlie Chaplin, John Wayne, and Humphrey Bogart along the way.
