Storyline
You are a forgotten, fallen video game character drifting through the hidden corners of Random Access Memory, searching for peace in the final hours before your permanent deletion... What becomes of video game characters who are no longer needed? In the digital graveyard of Random Access Memory, you journey from one virtual town to the next, encountering people who give you their lightning and their prayer. Lightning helps you advance forward, while prayer allows you to construct shelters in distant towns where you must often hide to escape the deletion threat of the garbage collector. Throughout your journey, you face numerous battle challenges, the results of which influence the safety of your shelters. There is no way to truly escape the garbage collector, but running from it gives you time to reflect, wander, and perhaps find peace with the certainty of your end. Each game randomly assigns you one of six characters and six of the eleven available areas. The stages of the game unfold in no fixed order.
