Summary
Croc 2 is a platform game that features the adorable crocodile hero, Croc, as he embarks on a journey to rescue his fluffy companions, the gobbos, from the clutches of darkness. Along the way, Croc gathers gems to purchase helpful items that aid him in his mission.
Storyline
Set several months after *Croc: Legend of the Gobbos*, the Dantinis scheme to bring back Baron Dante. An Inventor Gobbo is taken prisoner after seeing Dante's comeback. Back in Gobbo Valley, Croc is enjoying the beach when he discovers a message in a bottle. The note says the writers are searching for their missing child. Croc is shocked and shows the message to King Rufus, who reads it and tells Croc he must seek out distant Gobbos who might help track down the crocodiles who sent it. A group of Gobbos builds a seesaw. Croc steps on one side while a Gobbo rolls a boulder onto the other, launching Croc toward the far-off mainland, where his journey begins.
