Cruis'n World is the 1996 follow-up to the 1994 arcade racing game Cruis'n USA. As its name suggests, Cruis'n World lets players compete on tracks located across the globe. The game also includes a larger selection of cars compared to its predecessor. It was the first in the Cruis'n series to introduce stunts, which helped players avoid obstacles and navigate tight turns. If a stunt causes the car to become airborne, the player earns bonus seconds. The game also incorporates small rocket boosts to increase speed. Cruis'n World was later released on the Nintendo 64 in 1998 and was the most well-received version of the Cruis'n series on home consoles.
