Summary

Phantom Liberty is a spy-thriller add-on for the open-world action RPG Cyberpunk 2077. The story follows the fallout from the destruction of the President of the New United States of America's orbital shuttle above Dogtown, one of Night City’s most perilous areas. Players take on the role of V, a mercenary who must maneuver through a tangled landscape of espionage and political maneuvering. The expansion introduces Dogtown, a heavily fortified, self-governing region under the control of a rigid and authoritarian ruler. With the help of NUSA sleeper agent Solomon Reed (voiced by Idris Elba) and the return of Johnny Silverhand (voiced by Keanu Reeves), players become involved in a tale of changing loyalties and secret missions. Built for next-gen hardware, Phantom Liberty brings new gameplay features, additional side content, and a central plot that explores themes of authority, loyalty, and endurance.
