The game consists of 36 jigsaw-style puzzles featuring Tetris-like pieces called pentominos that must be arranged into a particular form. The challenges begin with straightforward rectangular shapes and simple solutions, but they soon become more intricate, introducing unusual forms such as a rocket, a pistol, and even larger versions of the pentomino shapes themselves. Each stage is timed, and once the countdown begins, it runs continuously until the puzzle is solved. Players begin with just three pentomino pieces, and after finishing each of the early levels, they are rewarded with an additional piece. In the final challenge, the player receives the 2x2 square O tetromino and must complete an 8x8 square puzzle. After finishing each level, the player is given a password to return to that stage later. Notably, each password is a common four-letter English word, allowing players to potentially skip ahead to levels they haven't yet reached by simply guessing these words.
