Dance Paradise is a unique dancing game exclusive to the Xbox 360 that utilizes the Kinect motion-control accessory. Players mimic the dance moves of a stylized on-screen character while music video clips play and other animated figures groove in the background. The Kinect camera accessory tracks players' full-body movements, and the software evaluates how well they match the rhythm of the current track. In addition to single-player challenges where players follow the leader, a "Freestyle" mode lets them create and perform their own moves, while multiplayer options allow two dancers to compete against each other. The game features a diverse soundtrack of 40 popular songs, including both modern and classic dance hits by artists like Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Gwen Stefani, Kool & the Gang, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne, and more. The dance routines were crafted with the help of professional dancers.
