Storyline

Hope’s Peak Academy is a prestigious high school in Japan, where the country’s most promising students are nurtured as the future’s shining stars. But that bright future is shattered when Makoto Naegi and his classmates are suddenly trapped within the school’s walls, isolated from the outside world and forced to obey the twisted rules of a sinister, murderous bear named Monokuma. He turns the students into rivals, offering escape to anyone who can commit a murder and remain undetected.
