Summary

Dark Seed II carries on the terrifying journey of Mike Dawson, with the iconic designs of H.R. Giger playing a central role in this horror-themed point-and-click adventure. Players will alternate between the Normal World and the Dark World, exploring a total of 75 pre-rendered 3D environments. There are 40 characters available for interaction. The mission is to defeat the Behemoth ruling the Dark World and purge the corruption infecting the Normal World. Switching between movement, action, and dialogue modes is done with the right mouse button. The game displays locations in full-screen mode, except when the menu or inventory is accessed.

Storyline

Dark Seed II continues the endless torment of Mike Davison as he struggles to recover from a mental collapse following his previous encounters with The Ancients. Returning to his hometown, Mike's high school sweetheart, Rita, is discovered murdered after a class reunion. Unfortunately, Mike has no memory of the events that transpired that night, despite being seen with Rita. He quickly becomes the main suspect and must now fight to prove his innocence. While uncovering the hidden secrets of his neighbors, Mike accidentally crosses into the "dark world," a realm he had hoped never to face again. The Ancients have come back to seek vengeance on Mike and have unleashed a malevolent entity into the "normal world" to bring about humanity's downfall.
