Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball

Summary

Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball is a beach volleyball video game. Unlike the rest of the Dead or Alive series, which is known for its fighting game format, this title takes a different approach. It was also the first game in the series to receive a Mature rating, largely due to the highly revealing swimwear worn by the characters and the suggestive poses they strike, which players can view and examine from nearly any angle.

Storyline

Zack wagers the money he won from the Dead or Alive 3 tournament at a casino. While doing so, he strikes it rich by hitting the jackpot, securing an absurdly large amount of cash. He uses the funds to buy a private island, which he quickly transforms into a resort bearing his name, "Zack Island." He then extends an invitation to the female fighters from the last tournament, as well as a new addition—his girlfriend, Niki—claiming the next Dead or Alive event will take place there. When the women arrive and realize it's all a ruse, they decide to roll with it and enjoy a two-week vacation on the island.
