Storyline

They float in the emptiness. Hollow, yet not abandoned. In a bleak, broken future, where humanity has spread across the stars and society has fractured into two separate castes, you are a destitute, stateless wanderer, surviving on meager scraps from abandoned alien stations and vessels drifting in the far reaches of space. Yet you long for the life of privilege—living on a lush, habitable world, breathing real air, drinking clean water, and eating real food. A legendary alien wreck hidden in the Deep Sky sector holds the key to citizenship and a peaceful existence on a thriving planet. Assemble and command a team of up to three mercenaries from your scavenger base and venture into the derelict ships within reach. As you search these wrecks for supplies and secrets, you’ll encounter both helpful locals and traders, but more frequently—you’ll face dangerous foes. Engage them in strategic turn-based battles where randomly drawn cards determine your available combat options. Earn experience for you and your crew, loot fallen enemies, restock, and upgrade when you return to your base. Your scavenger’s home ship serves as a hub for healing, leveling up your mercenaries, recruiting new allies, outfitting them, enhancing their gear, or recharging life support energy for future missions.
