Summary

A reimagined version of *Destroy All Humans!*, an action-adventure game that serves as the first installment in the *Destroy All Humans!* series. Set in 1959 across the United States, the game humorously critiques the social norms, pop culture, and political climate of the time. Players assume the identity of Cryptosporidium 137, a member of the fictional alien species called the "Furons." As a Furon spy and assassin, Cryptosporidium 137 infiltrates Earth to collect human DNA, which is essential for his race's cloning operations. The remake introduces fresh missions, updated control options, new upgrades, character skins, enhanced abilities, and improved visuals.

Storyline

Humanity faces a dire threat as an extraterrestrial entity works in secret to weaken American democracy, dismantle its government, and extract the genetic material of its people. And that very alien… is you. In 1959, Cryptosporidium-137 touched down on Earth in search of his former clone, Cryptosporidium-136. Crypto-136 vanished after being dispatched by Orthopox-13 to Earth to set the stage for a massive human DNA operation. Pox assigns Crypto a new objective: to collect human brain stems (which hold traces of alien DNA from an ancient encounter between Furon warriors and early humans) in a desperate bid to save his dying species. Centuries of exposure to their own nuclear weapons have long since caused the Furons' reproductive organs to atrophy. To complete his task, he must fight against U.S. military forces, break into and disrupt classified government installations, and ultimately take down Majestic, a covert government agency commanded by the enigmatic Silhouette, a figure cloaked in black. The invasion has begun!
