A simulation game developed by Shouei System for the Sega Dreamcast, it recreates the experience of an off-track betting parlor, enabling internet-connected players to wager on horse races from the comfort of their homes. The service operated for just over a year and a half, but Shouei System eventually went out of business, closing the service permanently on October 1, 2000 at 17:00 (JST). The game might also function as a standalone horse racing simulation, though this has not been officially confirmed.
