Disney Golf

Summary

Disney Golf is the spiritual follow-up to another golf title known as Swing Away Golf, featuring Disney characters in its theme. It was first unveiled at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in 2002 and marked the fifth golf game developed for the platform. Published by Disney Interactive, the game launched in North America and Japan in 2002, and later arrived in Europe in 2005. The game includes eight playable characters and lets players compete against them across six unique courses. These fictional courses are set in American, Western, Mountain, Tropical, European, and the special Sky Course environments. As players golf, they can collect tokens by landing long putts, executing perfect swings, and making chip-ins, which can then be used to purchase one of 62 available items.
