Summary

Dungeon Defenders is a Tower Defense Action-RPG where you must protect the realm of Etheria from a powerful Ancient Evil! Choose from one of four unique hero classes to battle through relentless enemy waves by setting up defenses and diving into intense combat firsthand! Upgrade and personalize your character, craft gear, collect loot, and acquire pets and more! Embark on various difficulty levels and challenge or survival missions to gain experience and uncover superior rewards. Team up with friends in 4-player online or local (split-screen) co-op to coordinate tactics or go head-to-head in PvP Deathmatch.

Storyline

Long ago, Etheria was a realm of living legends. For centuries, courageous warriors from every corner of the land united to battle the forces of darkness, guided by the immortal beings known as the Old Ones. Following a colossal battle, these heroes sealed away the power of the Old Ones within the Eternia Crystals. Now, the legendary champions have entrusted their younger counterparts with the daily tasks of the castle. Tired of their mundane chores, the young and untested apprentices decide to play a game—and in doing so, awaken an ancient power thought to be forever dormant.
