Summary
Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires serves as the second expansion for Dynasty Warriors 8. A new PlayStation Vita version, including all previously released downloadable content, has also been confirmed for release. Similar to earlier Empires expansions, it emphasizes a more strategic and tactical combat system. Players can now customize their army’s flags, horses, and troops, with large-scale strategems that have been improved from Dynasty Warriors 7: Empires. In addition to the marriage feature, players can now have their officers sire children with their spouses. A new playable character, Xun Yu, has also been introduced in Empires.
