Summary
El Dorado Gate is the first serialized RPG series in console gaming, with each Dreamcast GD-ROM featuring three distinct yet interconnected adventures, each centered on one of the series' 12 characters. The series consists of seven volumes total, with the early ones introducing the characters and the later ones expanding on how their stories connect, building up to the final chapter. It was part of Capcom's initiative to release an RPG in installments over the course of a year, with a new part every other month.
