Summary
El Dorado Gate is the first serialized RPG series for console gaming, with each Dreamcast GD-ROM featuring three distinct yet interconnected adventures, each centered on one of the series' 12 characters. The series consists of seven volumes in total, with the early ones introducing the characters and the later ones expanding on how their stories connect, building up to a climactic finale. It was part of Capcom's effort to release an RPG in installments over the course of a year, with each new part arriving every other month.
