Summary
The game centers around Jack Carver, a former U.S. Navy veteran who was dishonorably discharged after committing several unlawful acts. Afterward, he opens a storefront in Manhattan, where he illegally sells weapons to any customer willing to pay. When a gang uses his arms to assassinate a Mafia heir, the Mob places a bounty on Jack's head, forcing him to escape the country and start over in Micronesia.
