
Throughout the Fate series, teams of Masters and Heroic Spirits—also known as Servants—have clashed across time in the ongoing Holy Grail Wars, where the victorious pair is rewarded with an ancient artifact capable of granting any wish. Fate/Samurai Remnant continues this grand saga during the fourth year of the Keian Era in Edo-period Japan. Decades have passed since the end of a violent and chaotic age, and the people are finally experiencing peace and stability. However, beneath the surface, the “Waxing Moon Ritual” is set in motion, sparking a new conflict between seven Master-Servant duos. The game follows its protagonist, Miyamoto Iori, a young man from Asakusa, who becomes entangled in the chaos alongside his Servant Saber. Together, they must fight to be the last pair standing in order to claim the wish-granting prize, the “Waxing Moon Vessel.”
