Summary
Enhanced version of FIFA International Soccer for the 3DO platform. Featuring international teams with fictional player names, each player's skills are rated on a scale of 10 to help players gauge their overall ability. The game offers standard customization options: fouls and offsides can be enabled or disabled, match duration can be adjusted, and the timer can be set to run continuously or only when the ball is in play. The gameplay emphasizes fast runs, short passes, and powerful shots from outside the penalty area. Set pieces are managed by positioning a targeting box in the desired location for the ball, which can then be passed, chipped, or kicked directly. Strategically, players can choose from various formations and select from five different tactics (though not all combinations are logical). Additionally, team Coverage settings allow customization of the areas that defenders, midfielders, and forwards are responsible for.
