Final Blow is a 1988 arcade boxing game developed by Taito. The title stayed consistent across all ports, except for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version, which was released outside Japan in 1990 by Sega as James 'Buster' Douglas Knockout Boxing. This version featured real-life boxer Buster Douglas following his famous win over Mike Tyson. The game is a side-scrolling boxing title where the player moves left and right to control a full-screen boxer. At the right moment, the player can execute a powerful final blow punch, often resulting in an instant knockout. Home console versions included a spectator mode, allowing players to watch their favorite fighters battle it out.
