Summary
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is a tactical role-playing game created by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo SPD, and released by Nintendo for the GameCube in 2005. It marks the ninth primary entry in the Fire Emblem series and the third to launch in Western regions. Like its predecessors, the game focuses on strategically placing characters on the battlefield to overcome enemy forces. When characters are defeated in combat, they are permanently lost for the remainder of the game.
Storyline
War has torn through the land of Tellius, where humans, beorc, and half-human laguz regard one another with deep suspicion. When an unexpected invasion sparks a global conflict, a dark power rises from the shadows, driving the two races into bitter strife. Between Tellius and total ruin stands a young mercenary named Ike and his small group of hired soldiers.
