Summary
Players take control of Fish Dude as he devours small fish in the ocean to grow larger and stronger. Once he's powerful enough, players can fend off bigger fish, seagulls that swoop down to snatch them from the water, and cats eager to make a meal out of them. A range of helpful allies, including Octo Dude the octopus, can assist Fish Dude when the challenges become too overwhelming. With only three lives before the game ends in a "game over," success requires both skill and strategy. The levels let players move off one edge of the screen and reappear on the opposite side. There are 18 progressively challenging levels, where the other fish become faster and new predators are introduced to threaten the player. Each level ends once 20 fish have been eaten. Passwords become available starting from the third level.
