Summary
Fox Sports Golf 99 includes six detailed 3D courses where up to four players can compete: Forest Downs, Orange Rock, Sunny Green Country Club, Kiawah Island (host of the 1997 World Cup of Golf), Oxfordshire in England (Benson & Hedges International Open), and Carnoustie Golf Links (venue for the 1999 British Open). The game also allows players to refine their short game by practicing pitching and putting, or improve their long game with a session on the driving range. A classic triple-click interface controls each shot, and two commentators provide play-by-play analysis as you move through the courses: choose from legendary voice Peter Allis, Fox Sports Net’s John Walls, or have both commentate on your performance.
