Summary
In *Frost Byte*, you take control of Hickey the Kreezer, a stretchy, curvy figure that moves side to side, leaps, and fires. Your mission is to make your way across the world of Cosmica, rescuing your fellow Kreezers while managing your limited supply of 'Twang' energy. Cosmica teems with grotesque creatures, many of which can be taken down with your shots. As you move, your character gains speed, making it easier to overcome certain obstacles with a running start. You're limited to vertical jumps, but you can steer your character as it descends. Ammo is scarce and must be gathered throughout your journey. You can also collect three special sweets that boost your abilities: the red one boosts your speed, the blue one makes your jumps higher, and the green one allows you to fall from greater heights without harm. There are also other items scattered around that you can pick up and use to aid your adventure.
