Summary
"Am I the only one, or is the whole world on fire?" is just one of the snappy lines delivered by Gex, a sarcastic gecko who needs to check into TV therapy—his addiction is serious. After rescuing the Television Realm from the villainous Rez in his first mission, Gex was all set to unwind and enjoy some quality television time. But he had no idea his real journey was only just starting. One day, two henchmen in secret agent gear showed up at Gex's door. They warned him that Rez has returned, seeking revenge, and is once again plotting to destroy the Television Realm—and maybe the real world too. When Gex tries to blow them off, claiming he's retired and not interested, one of the agents whacks him on the head and hauls him off to a hidden location. When Gex regains consciousness, the agents beg him to take the money and help put an end to Rez for good—or at least make him vanish. Tempted by the cash, the sassy lizard dons his secret agent gear and dives headlong back into the Television Realm. Watch out, Rez—Gex is back in action!
