Go Go Ackman

Summary

Go Go Ackman is a side-scrolling platform game featuring the hero Ackman. Ackman has the ability to punch and charge a long-range energy wave, and he can also leap onto enemies to stun them before knocking them into a sliding projectile. He can carry up to three bombs that can eliminate all enemies on screen, and he can also wield a weapon—such as a sword, boomerang, or pistol—though it will be lost if Ackman takes damage. The levels are linear but offer opportunities for exploration, allowing players to discover hidden weapons and items off the main path. Go Go Ackman was developed by renowned manga artist Akira Toriyama, famous for his contributions to Dragon Ball and his involvement in games like Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest.

Storyline

Ackman is far from a virtuous individual. His role is to kill and harvest souls for the Demon Lord. Determined to stop Ackman’s wicked deeds, the angel Tenshi has mustered an army of angels and hired assassins to eliminate him for good. Fortunately for them, Ackman was already growing restless from a lack of victims.
