Summary
As the first NHL-licensed game to launch on the PSP, Gretzky NHL includes all 30 teams, complete with players and arenas, and also features its minor league counterpart, the AHL (American Hockey League), along with 400 top players and the option to assign them to major league teams. The game offers traditional modes such as Exhibition, Season mode (with team ownership options), Quick Game, Network Mode (allowing wireless head-to-head competition), and the Gretzky Challenge, where players take on the role of Wayne Gretzky in a series of mini-games from his time with the Rangers, Oilers, and Kings, with victories unlocking new content in the game.
