Summary

Guns of Icarus Online is a cooperative multiplayer airship combat game set in a steam and dieselpunk-inspired post-apocalyptic world. Lead your crew as Captain or take on a supporting role as Gunner or Engineer while battling rival airships with your friends. Each player assumes one of three essential roles—Captain, Gunner, or Engineer—and must collaborate to defeat enemies and keep the ship airborne. Storyline

Three centuries have passed since the Great War ravaged the world. Three centuries since humanity devoured the Earth’s bounty, squandering the resources that might have sustained them for ages to come. Beneath the blazing sun lies a stark, undeniable reality: mankind has been dethroned. Now, humanity endures amidst the remnants of a long war, yet from the shattered steel of the past, they build a new tomorrow. Lighter-than-air technology has ignited the spirits of daring pioneers who take to the skies in pursuit of trade and supplies to sustain their communities. Skilled artisans craft intricate machines from salvaged debris. The desperate and the bold seize what they can through force. Though much has been lost, a fresh wave of innovation has arisen, accompanied by a profound reverence for the delicate nature of existence. Explorers and thinkers journey across the wastelands in search of ancient wisdom buried beneath the ruins. The survivors are inventors, aviators, shipmasters, engineers, adventurers, warriors, mercenaries, traders, farmers, and scholars. Together, they usher in a new era for humankind: an era of renewal.
