Summary

Halo 5: Guardians offers thrilling multiplayer action across various modes, powerful level creation tools, and a new installment in the Master Chief story. The saga of Master Chief continues with a solo campaign and co-op play for up to four players, set across three distinct worlds. A mysterious and unstoppable power looms over the galaxy, forcing Spartans from Fireteam Osiris and Blue Team to set out on a mission that will alter history and determine humanity’s fate.

Storyline

When the UNSC is unable to locate their most prized asset (Spartan 117: The Master Chief), they deploy a highly skilled ONI operative (Agent Locke) to retrieve him. Master Chief is on a mission to recover something of immense importance and will stop at nothing to achieve it, while Agent Locke is determined to enforce justice and uncover the truth. As these two formidable warriors battle through Forerunner and Covenant forces, the future of the universe once again teeters on the edge.
