Storyline
After Corvus returns from his exile, he discovers that a strange plague has ravaged the land of Parthoris, driving its victims mad or killing them. Corvus, the hero of the first game, is forced to escape his home in Silverspring after being attacked by the infected, though not before he too becomes a victim of the disease. The effects are kept at bay in his case due to his possession of one of the Tomes of Power, but he still has to find a cure before the sickness consumes him.
