Stranded on a remote island in a chaotic, bizarre world, you’re a desperate survivor with no way out. How will you make it? By collecting the pages of a Survival Guide, that’s how! Scavenge for food, water, and shelter before it’s too late. Wait—night is falling fast! Can you survive until morning? Along the way, gather rare materials and craft more than 100 unique weapons and tools, from shotguns to Molotovs. Now you’re ready to protect yourself and your crew like a pro… but the real question is—can you actually escape?

Storyline

Players take on the role of one of three survivors—versatile Kenji, agile archer Abbie, or tough brawler Jack—stranded on one of four zombie-ridden islands that make up an archipelago. After securing food for another injured survivor, Andrew (who has already been bitten by a zombie), the survivor encounters a one-legged elderly man named Ramon, who owns a boat that can be used to navigate between the islands. Together, they devise a plan to flee the archipelago using a grounded seaplane, with Andrew serving as the pilot. Ramon sends the survivor on a mission to gather supplies needed to fix the aircraft. The survivor soon crosses paths with Kovac, a cloaked figure in full armor who has turned the islands into his private hunting territory. A self-styled survival expert, Kovac is using his deep knowledge of the field to compile a zombie survival manual ('Kovac's Rules'), and is more than happy to take on a mentor role, offering the survivor crucial tips and tools throughout the game.
