The player assumes the role of Machete, H.E.C.U. Sergeant Mitchell, who awakens in a hospital during the infamous 7 Hour War. Mitchell is thrown into a desperate fight for survival, facing relentless challenges to stay alive. This hardened marine must rely on all his combat training—both in weapon use and tactical thinking—as he navigates levels with parkour. Mitchell must manage his gear, choosing from over twenty-six distinct weapons and tools, find the most effective approach to complete his mission, and do whatever it takes to survive.
